YouTube is experimenting with filling more stuff into the full-screen video interface on its Android app. Now we can see a video description as well as comments section in the full-screen mode which was earlier a distraction-free mode. YouTube is now planning to add more stuff in the full-screen mode which was limited to vertical mode in past.
The newly introduced full-screen mode will add new buttons which were previously found below the video in vertical mode. These buttons include a like, dislike, comments and share button. There is also a button to add the video to a playlist. You can access the video description after tapping the title of the video. In the new full-screen mode you can no longer swipe up for viewing suggested videos. YouTube has added a button in the bottom right corner which will let you access all the suggested videos.
