Former Pakistani All-rounder Azhar Mehmood goes all praises for Hasan Ali as he has shown some staggering performances in the recently concluded QeA Trophy. Hasan Ali was the captain of Central Punjab and he made his way back to the competitive cricket after recovering from various back injuries.

Hasan Ali was the 4th highest wicket taker in QeA Trophy with 43 wickets. He played 9 matches and became the top wicket taker among all the pace bowlers. He was also instrumental with bat in the final against KPK as he scored an unbeaten century. He scored 106 runs off 61 balls which included seven sixes and 10 fours. He almost helped Central Punjab defend the trophy but the match was tied and the trophy was shared between CP and KPK. Azhar Mehmood took to Twitter and praised Hasan Ali’s performance. Hasan Ali is hopeful to be included in the team for the series against South Africa which consists of two tests and three T20Is. The series against Proteas will start on 26th January and will end on 14th February.
