
Pakistan’s legendary left arm fast bowler Wasim Akram will take over as interim head coach of Karachi Kings for the playoffs of season five. The matches are scheduled to be played in mid November.

Karachi Kings’s head coach Dean Jones passed away due to cardiac arrest in Mumbai. He was one of the commentators of Star Sports for the ongoing Indian premier League. Jones was an integral part of PSL. He coached Islamabad United from the first season till the fourth season and later became the head coach of Karachi Kings in the 5th season.

Wasim Akram was all praises for Dean Jones as he appreciated his support for Pakistan cricket. The left arm fast bowler said that Dean Jones was a great friend of him. He said that Jones always supported Pakistan across the world. He talked good about Pakistan cricket, culture, hospitality and food. The remaining four matches of Pakistan Super League will be played in Karachi on 14th, 15th and 17th November.
