Jasprit Bumrah is having a great time in IPL 2020. This deadly young pacer of Mumbai Indians has got 20 wickets till now in this IPL season and is the joint 2nd highest wicket taker. The other bowler with 20 wickets is KXIP’s pacer Muhammad Shami. Both these Indian bowlers are three wickets behind Delhi Capitals pacer Kagiso Rabada.
In today’ match against Royal Challengers Bangalore, Bumrah dismissed Virat Kohli in order to complete his 100 IPL wickets. He is the 15th bowler to take 100 or more wickets in IPL. This big wicket of Kohli is also his 200 T20 wicket. Bumrah’s 100 wicket is a special one as his first and 100th IPL wicket is his national team captain Virat Kohli. On 4th April 2013 Jasprit Bumrah then 20 years old took his first wicket of IPL when he dismissed V Kohli for 24. Kohli was going great guns as he made 24 runs of 14 baals with 4 fours and 1 six.
