Bhavani Devi is also hopeful that her effort will put the fencing game in the radar in India. She said that as an athlete it was not a bed of roses for her as it was not all about improving her personal performance and winning the medals but she also has to arrange travel, funds and competition plans. She is very hopeful that from now on more Indians will take interest in fencing.
