Pakistan Cricket Board is facing difficulties in hosting the remaining 20 matches of the PSL in UAE. In a latest development the Indian broadcasters have been expelled from Abu Dhabi hotel after spending few days in isolation. According to the sources, Abu Dhabi Health ministry showed some concerns over the stay of Indian broadcasters. Now they have been sent to Dubai where they will spend the 7-day isolation period.
After facing many issues, PCB is considering to shift the event to Sharjah. PCB is trying hard to get approval for the Indian broadcasters. If the approval is not taken then the T20 event would be shifted to Sharjah.
On the other hand, PCB has negotiated successfully with England Cricket Board to re-adjust the departure of Pakistan Cricket team for England. After the successful negotiations, Pakistan’s departure for England would be delayed for few days and PCB will get some more days for the completion of PSL.
Earlier Pakistani players were to leave for England on 23rd June according to the original schedule but now they will leave on 25th June and the actual schedule during the English series would not be affected.
