Earlier Rizwan also made his maiden Test hundred in the 2nd Test match against the same opposition in Rawalpindi. He added 68 valuable runs for the 2nd wicket partnership with Haider Ali after opener and captain Babar Azam was runout without disturbing the scorecard. Rizwan held the inning at one end and then in the 11th over he changed his gears when he hit Junior Dala three sixes to reach the half century mark. Rizwan became only the second Pakistani to score a T20I hundred. Ahmed Shehzad is the other batsman who scored a century against Bangladesh in Dhaka in T20 World Cup. Rizwan was also instrumental in the 3rd and last T20I against New Zealand when he scored 89 runs off 59 balls. Before this he was heavily criticized for not being able to score some quick runs but he proved his critics wrong with his recent performances.
