Black Caps

The Black Caps are facing severe criticism from the Pakistani fans after they opted to cancel the scheduled tour just before the start of the first ODI in Rawalpindi. The cricket fans in Pakistan are furious on this situation as they were eager to see the resumption of international cricket in Pakistan.

New Zealand Cricket just shared their video after touching down Auckland which was not received well by the Pakistani fans. The withering comments prompted New Zealand team members to turn off the comments option on their social media posts.

England Cricket Board also cancelled the limited overs series with Pakistan after the abandonment of tour by New Zealand. ECB had said, “we understand that this decision will be a significant disappointment to the PCB, who have worked tirelessly to host the return of international cricket in their country”.

England’s men and women teams were scheduled to play in Pakistan in October. Men’s team was to play two T20Is on 13th and 14th October and the women’s team were planning to play three ODIs against Pakistan on 17th, 19th and 21st October respectively.
