From Daredevils to Capitals
Delhi Capitals changed their name from Delhi Daredevils last year plus they also changed the logo of the team. This decision was made in order to come up with new enthusiasm.
The Playoffs
Delhi Capitals (formerly Delhi Daredevils) qualified for the playoffs in 2008 and 2009. After a decade they again qualified for the playoffs in 2019 edition.

Three times ODI World Cup champion Ricky Ponting is the head coach of Delhi Capitals. He is the most successful captain in the history of cricket. Kagiso Rabada was the top wicket taker for Delhi Captials. He took 25 wickets in the last edition of Indian premier League. His best bowling figure was 4 for 21. His bowling average was 14.72 and economy was 7.82.

The home ground of Delhi Capitals is Arun Jaitley Stadium formerly known as Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in Delhi. Their secondary ground is Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket stadium in Raipur. Feroz Shah Kotla has a capacity of 41,820 and SVNS International Cricket Stadium has the capacity of 65,000.
