Instagram is one of the most popular social networks now a days. Its owner, Meta experiments with the new features for the app. Now the developers are working on a new Take a Break feature in order to help us fight people’s smartphone addictions. Now reports are that there is another work-in-progress feature as well. Have you ever thought of arranging the posts on your profile in a custom order? If yes then Instagram has got something in store for you.
According to reports, Instagram is adding new feature to the app that will let the users to edit their profile grid and rearrange the images. At the moment, the posts are sorted in reverse chronological order and you can not change how the grid looks. If you have added few images in order to make a larger one with grid magic but got the order wrong, you would have to start once again. In the near future, you may be able to quickly rearrange them.

A screenshot has been shared by Alessandro Paluzzi where there is a new “Edit Grid” option under edit Profile settings. Once you will tap this the app will display all the posts from user’s profile and they can easily drag and drop them in any order of their choice. By tapping “Done” the sequence of the posts will be saved and the same will be reflected on their profiles. This option will not be visible at the moment as it is still under development.
