WhatsApp has got the dark mode which changes the color of the app from white to black and gray. This will produce less glare at night time and will make WhatsApp very comfortable to use which is easy on the eyes. It has been learned that the developers behind WhatsApp beta are planning some modifications to the dark mode which includes adjusting the color of text as well as bubbles. However, whatever the changes are being made in the dark mode, the dark mode enabling process is same.

Future Updates in WhatsApp:
WhatsApp dark mode is finally here but there are many more updates which are coming to WhatsApp in the coming days. There are rumors that you will be able to set the messages to be vanished after a time period between five minutes and an hour. This feature is already offered by Facebook Messenger, Signal and Telegram so it is an overdue addition to WhatsApp. A new feature will also be included in WhatsApp as there is a new option that will let you hide the updates from muted contacts completely. At the moment if you will mute a contact, their updates will be appeared grayed out and will still be visible to you. When the new update will come you will be able to hide their updates fully. You can only see them of you select them to be visible. Facebook (the parent company of WhatsApp) was looking for placing ads in the WhatsApp group chats but the team which was working on it has been disbanded. So thankfully ads are not coming in the near future. Though the company is looking for inserting ads into the Status feature of WhatsApp.
