The Shenzhen based Chinese company Huawei has just announced the Mate 40. but like all the other latest offering from Huawei, it has also lacked the support of Google apps. Though it is possible to install the applications on Huawei and Honor phones but till now the process of installing the apps was very time-taking with dozens of steps. But now an app named Googlefier is all set to change everything. Though it does not support a one-step solution yet it has made the whole process very simple and approachable with limited automation and step by step guidance.
Once Googlefier is installed into your Huawei or Honor phone, you will have to grant all the permissions it asks for and then after that you need to follow the instructions that it provides you. Once you have completed all the steps as displayed in the app, you will be able to install Google Play Store. You need to log in to your Google account and can get all the other Google apps you require.
XDA Developers has tested the workflow on P40 Pro as well as MatePad Pro running EMUI 10 and managed to complete the whole process in five to seven minutes. Before starting this process it is highly recommended to start the process with factory reset and you need to back up all of your data, messages and files.
