Former Aussie cricketer Rod Marsh suffered a heart attack on Thursday and he was rushed to the nearby hospital. Marsh was in Bundaberg for an event for the Bulls Masters charity group. He suffered the attack midway through the event and was rushed to the hospital by the event organizers.
The 74 years old Rod Marsh played 96 Test matches and was also the chairman of selectors for Cricket Australia. He also said that Rod Marsh is one of the most iconic figures of Australian cricket and we are thankful for all of the people who are looking after him. Rod Marsh represented Australia in 96 Test matches from 1970 to 1984. He grabbed 355 dismissals behind the stumps.
