
Reports are coming out that England may send their C-team to Pakistan for the three T20I series. The English Cricket Board is facing some difficulties in managing the schedule and the workload of the players as they need to send a long squad for the Test series against Sri Lanka in COVID-19 era. Some of the T20 specialists for England like Dawid Malan, Tom Curran and Tom Banton have signed for the Big Bash league which will also held in mid-January which is clashing with the Pakistan trip.

Pakistan Cricket Board has invited the English team to play three T20I in Pakistan next year in January. ECB is considering to accept the invitation but thy are facing the issues to manage a window for sending a strong English side to Pakistan for T20I series. Earlier this year Pakistan toured England for a Test and T20I series in the most challenging times. Now it remains to be seen whether England will accept the invitation from PCB or not. At the moment Pakistan is resting on 4th place in T20I and England is on the 2nd place.
