Disha Patani recently shared a photo of herself in the athletic dressing which showed her toned abs. She captioned it with a butterfly emoji. Her fitness instructor was also impressed with her setting major fitness goals and commented, “Ripped, ripped, ripped (sic).”

Celebrating the Special Occasions:

Disha always celebrates her special occasions in a different way. She just crossed 40 million followers milestone on her Instagram. She celebrated this occasion by lifting 60kg weight in gym. While sharing weight lifting video she wrote, “40 million got me like 60 kg 10 reps. Thank you my lovely fan clubs for all the support and love. I’m nothing without you all (sic).”

 

Disha Patani Mastering the Butterfly Kick:

Not so long ago Disha Patani uploaded a video of herself performing the perfect butterfly kick in which she is wearing a red T-shirt as well as a matching Puma shorts. Butterfly kick is the jumping kick in martial arts and it is not an easy kick to deliver as you need to practice hard for pulling it off like Disha Patani did. Butterfly kick is also called Swallow Kick and in order to do it you are required to twist your body slightly while lifting both the legs from ground and swinging it around. The torso (the trunk of the human body) remains as horizontal as possible.
