Earlier this week, a private TV channel broadcast various sections of a WhatsApp chat about procuring hash, according to the TV channel the two people chatting were Deepika and her manager. Apart from superstar Deepika Padukone, three other Bollywood actresses namely Shradha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh have also been summoned by NCB. Famous filmmaker, Karan Johar has also been in hot waters after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
