Amazon has officially added Pakistan into their approved list of sellers. With this, the American retail giant has opened a major window of opportunity for e-commerce in Pakistan. Pakistanis can now create Amazon IDs and sell their products on the global platform.
This approval from Amazon is a great opportunity for the Pakistani youth and SMEs. Imran Khan’s advisor Abdul Razak Dawood took to Twitter and announced that Pakistan has been added in to Amazon’s Seller’s List.

This is a BIG news for the agencies and local brands in Pakistan as this major development will see a boom in the e-commerce sector in the country. Shehbaz Gill, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Political Affairs announced this news and credited the PTI government for this development. He said that Pakistan is now becoming an approved seller on Amazon which will bring billions in the country in the form of investment and employment opportunities.
